Scott and Carol Rains  have served as Church of God missionaries on three continents since 1997. In Europe and Asia/Pacific, they ministered as Evangelism Coordinator for Portugal, Youth & Discipleship Director for Western Europe, President of the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries (ASCM) in the Philippines, and Education and Youth Director for Asia/Pacific. In 2020, they were appointed as Missionaries to Africa and currently serve as the President of Berea Theological University College (www.btuc.africa) in Lusaka, Zambia, the regional school for COG Africa. It is their desire to RAISE UP PASTORS AND LEADERS TO REACH AFRICA through formal education, practical training, church planting, evangelism, chaplaincy, and community transformation initiatives.
